Wendy issued the challenge to use those strips that get left over from all your projects. Great! I have a whole pile of 'em! I chose these Deck the Halls scraps to make another christmas card.
First panel was stamped with musical score bg in sahara sand, run throught the cb with an embossing folder and sponged with antique linen and vintage photo distress inks. You can't see in the pic, but I sprayed it with some champagne mist shimmer paint. I love the soft sparkle it gives!
The sentiment panel is matted with 2 decorative labels punched out of textured always artichoke and sponged. The green trim I picked up at Jo-Ann's for $1 and the rose is from a package in the clearance section at Michael's. I love looking for bargains!
Thanks for the challenge, Wendy! And thank you for your kind comments!

Holly, what an elegant Christmas card with an old-fashioned appeal in those rich colors and special trims. The embossing is so lovely over the sheet music bg.

Love the green cording and EF you used in the BG. Gorgeous card.
